I have over 15 years’ experience working in the Education and Care sector, predominantly within Early Years and still spend some time working in an early years provision to ensure I retain an understanding of the current needs of both the children and the setting. I also have close links and connections so that I am constantly up to date with local and national updates and changes. I have been fortunate to have worked closely with a vast amount of Early Years settings to support them developing high quality practice. My in depth understanding of creating an effective early years settings has supported many settings to improve and develop their provision.
